Membership
Membership is non refundable and by becoming a member of Liverpool Catholic Club I agree to abide by the Club's Constitution and I understand the terms and conditions of entry to the Club. I also confirm I am over the age of 18 years old, and I am willing to provide proof of age as a condition of entry and acceptance into the venue.
General
The information contained within the app has been compiled and prepared in good faith and includes information from sources that Liverpool Catholic Club believes to be reliable. However, Liverpool Catholic Club does not represent or warrant its accuracy or timeliness, and such information may be incomplete or condensed. Further, Liverpool Catholic Club undertakes no obligation (whether express or implied) to any person concerning the information or materials contained on the app and hereby excludes all liability for loss or damage incurred or sustained by any person in connection with the information or its use including (without limitation) for the consequences of reliance upon any opinion or statement contained therein or any error or omission, except to the extent such liability may not be excluded or limited by law.

The Security of our System
We understand that customers require peace of mind when it comes to the security of using apps. Liverpool Catholic Club has a commitment to privacy and the safeguarding of member, visitor and staff personal information. Any personal information provided by you to Liverpool Catholic Club (eg name, address, date of birth and contact details), including information collected as a result of membership card being placed in a gaming machine or other club machine that is linked to a member loyalty system (not ATMs) that may provide a benefit or service to you, will be protected.
Liverpool Catholic Club does no usually disclose your personal information to any other organization or person unless there is legal requirement to do so. Liverpool Catholic Club may also disclose personal information to relevant authorities if it reasonably believes that there is a threat to an individual's life, health or safety, or public health or safety. If Liverpool Catholic Club has reason to suspect that unlawful activity has been, is being or may be engaged in, personal information may be used or disclosed as a necessary part of any investigation and reporting to relevant persons or authorities.
Liverpool Catholic Club may disclose your information to third parties that provide services under contract to Liverpool Catholic Club. These contracts require the third party to keep your personal information confidential and secure.
Liverpool Catholic Club may collect personal information in order to comply with obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act. The personal information collect will be kept secure at all times and only passed on to external bodies if required or authorized by law.
Your personal information, including information about you obtained as a result of you placing your membership card in a gaming or other Club machine (not ATMs), may be used by Liverpool Catholic Club for marketing purposes to improve our services and to provide you with the latest information about those services, any new related services and promotions.
If you do not wish to receive information about services and promotions Liverpool Catholic Club, on request, will remove your name from mailing lists. You have the right to access any personal information that Liverpool Catholic Club may hold about you, including a right of correction of your information. Liverpool Catholic Club will generally not charge a fee for you to access your personal information.
